Responsibilities

Be the go-to support for our Divisional staff-your day-to-day will keep everything (and everyone) on track.

Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for incoming calls-resolving issues or routing them with ease.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel like a logistics wizard.

Plan and execute meetings and events, ensuring every detail is flawless-from tech setup to supplies.

Draft correspondence, screen communications, and keep priorities aligned.

Prepare reports, track expenses, and manage invoices with precision.

Keep our office humming-maintaining supplies, equipment, and organized files.

Solve administrative puzzles by gathering data, analyzing issues, and proposing smart solutions.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

A high school diploma or equivalent.

2-3 years of experience in administrative support or customer service.

Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

A positive attitude, a sharp eye for detail, and a love for fast-paced environments.
