Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. Responsibilities:

Oversee month-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Manage general ledger activities and maintain compliance with accounting standards.

Conduct financial statement audits and address discrepancies effectively.

Reconcile accounts to guarantee accuracy and reliability of financial records.

Prepare and review journal entries to maintain data integrity.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.

Support system optimization efforts, including platforms like Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and SAP.

Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen internal controls and compliance.

Provide insights on cost management and cash flow strategies to drive business success. Requirements - Proven experience in accounting management or supervision.

Strong knowledge of month-end close, general ledger, and financial reporting.

Expertise in conducting audits and reconciling accounts.

Proficiency in preparing journal entries with attention to detail.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or SAP.

Ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal controls.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
