Lead Engineering Tech - 2nd shift

You will report directly to our Test Engineering Supervisor, and you will work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a 2 nd shift schedule

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering operations, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and guidance to engineering teams in the execution of projects.

Lead the development and implementation of engineering processes and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded.

U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE

5+ years of experience in engineering support or related field.

Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.

Experience with various test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multi meters, Environmental test chambers, vibration tables and basic measurement devices

Proficient in Microsoft excel

Advanced Engineering degrees like ME (Mechanical Engineering) or EE (Electrical Engineering).

Electronic Technical Background

Experience in leading engineering teams and projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
