What You Will Do:

Support failure analysis including understanding variables related

to assembly, test and overall system function

Create and improve work instructions to build electro-mechanical

assemblies and communicate directly to assembly technicians

Provide feedback to design engineering on manufacturability of

current and future designs

Work in cross functional teams including operations, quality, design

engineering, and supply chain to reach common goals

Select and design tooling and equipment for use in production with

justification of cost and reliability

What You Will Learn:

How to support fast paced manufacturing processes

CORE methodology for manufacturing to support efficiency and reduce

waste

Geometrical Dimension & Tolerancing

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or

Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field

Qualifications We Prefer:

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, experience with

Kaizen events or experience with a continuous improvement program

Excellent communication skills, Comfortable working directly with

hourly labor and senior leadership

Drive for action and quality focused

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD 130,000 USD.
