Our client, a global tech leader, is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the project coordination and engineering support team, ensuring the successful planning and execution of substation and transmission construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Remote (Travel to WA and NV)

Pay Range: $63 - 69/hourly

What's the Job?

Coordinate on-site project activities, developing detailed plans to meet project goals

Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders

Provide weekly updates on project risks related to scope, schedule, and budget

Collaborate with engineers and construction staff to review project specifications and procedures

Review and recommend mitigation strategies using effective problem-solving skills

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction

5-7 years of experience in substation and transmission design or construction

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Knowledge of substation and transmission processes, quality control, and project management software such as MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio
