About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to design, analyze, and train advanced algorithms capable of learning from complex, high-dimensional data. The goal is to uncover meaningful patterns that drive the development of practical, predictive models and real-world applications.
Responsibilities:
Finalizing requirements by collaborating with other technical personnel or team members
Writing and reviewing portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex software
Completing complex bug fixes
Translating complex product requirements into software designs, working closely with other development team members
Implementing development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews
Resolving complex technical issues as necessary
Develop and implement LLM-based applications.
Fine-tune and deploying large language models.
Integrate models with existing systems and APIs.
Preprocess and manage data for training and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Document development processes, code, and APIs.
Requirements:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
Possess extensive experience in Software Engineering
Able to train and mentor entry-level software engineers, with experience of doing this is in a similar role
Be willing to keep abreast of new technology developments
Have experience of working with complex data models
Possess good oral and written communication skills
Have experience of working with complex data models

Proven experience with large language models and open-source frameworks.
Experience with deep learning frameworks
Strong knowledge of API integration
Ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment
