What you'll do...
As Group Director of Data Science, supporting our E2E Operations team, you will lead the transformation of business outcomes through strategic AI and machine learning initiatives. Your mission is to deliver measurable impact by architecting and deploying scalable data solutions that directly influence member experience, operational efficiency, and enterprise growth. You will partner with executive leadership to define high-value business problems and guide cross-functional teams in solving them using advanced analytics. This role is not just about supporting the business-it's about transforming it through innovation, technical excellence, and strategic foresight.
What You'll Do
Drive Measurable Business Outcomes : Translate executive-level business goals into advanced AI and analytics initiatives that transform the business, producing quantifiable improvements in revenue, efficiency, and member satisfaction and retention.
Elevate Decision-Making : Lead data visualization and storytelling efforts that empower stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Deliver Strategic AI Solutions : Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models that solve high-impact business challenges, including member personalization, supply chain optimization, and predictive analytics.
Operationalize AI and Data Science : Oversee the full lifecycle of model development-from ideation and coding to validation, deployment, and monitoring-ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and sustainable.
Advance GenAI Capabilities : Champion the adoption and scaling of generative AI technologies to unlock new efficiencies and member experiences.
Advance product analytics
Mentor and Scale Talent : Build and develop high-performing data science teams by fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical rigor, and innovation.
Collaborate Across the Enterprise : Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to align data strategies with organizational priorities and ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities.
What You'll Bring
Proven track record of being a strategic advisor to business partners and delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions that drive business growth and innovation.
Deep expertise in Python, SQL, Java, and modern software engineering practices including testing and deployment.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions to strategic objectives.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring senior-level data scientists.
Mastery of data visualization tools and techniques to communicate complex insights clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated success in building and executing data strategies that result in measurable impact across multiple domains.
Passion for continuous improvement and staying at the forefront of AI and GenAI advancements.

The annual salary range for this position is $195,000.00-$370,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 8 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 2: Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 6 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 3: 10 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
4 years' supervisory experience.
