Sales Support Coordinator

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and the ability to support business operations efficiently. The role involves managing order entry, inventory coordination, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.

Responsibilities:

Accurately input orders into the system, ensuring timely processing and attention to detail.

Coordinate inventory management tasks to support smooth order fulfillment.

Verify and compare data within documents and transactions to maintain accuracy.

Perform general administrative duties, such as record maintenance and filing.

Facilitate communication with internal teams to ensure efficient operations.

Support the implementation and use of inventory systems to optimize workflows.

Generate reports and analyze data to assist in decision-making processes.

Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional support to customers and team members. Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the parts, manufacturing or construction industry.

Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze and compare data.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other computer systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Demonstrated organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Knowledge of order processing and inventory management is advantageous.
