Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Westminster, CO (Hybrid: Onsite Tuesday-Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday)

Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing accounting team in Westminster, CO. This role is a great opportunity for candidates with accounts payable experience who are looking to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

This is a temp-to-hire position offering a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days remote.

Responsibilities

Process and code vendor invoices and credit card transactions for multiple entities and currencies.

Manage PO and Non-PO invoice processing for various @types of transactions.

Accurately code taxes on vendor invoices.

Review vendor statements regularly and resolve discrepancies.

Respond to internal and external stakeholder inquiries with excellent customer service.

Provide ad hoc support to the accounting team as needed.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

2+ years of accounts payable or credit card coding experience.

Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency transactions preferred.

ERP/accounting system knowledge (Vista preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to adapt in a growing, fast-paced environment.
