ERP Expertise (Acumatica-Specific)

Must-have: Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP -configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and support.

Why it matters: Acumatica is the ERP being implemented, and this person will be key to ensuring it's properly integrated and functioning across departments.

Technical Troubleshooting & Support

Strong background in IT support , especially with business applications.

Ability to diagnose and resolve system issues , work with vendors, and communicate effectively with internal teams.

Project Management & Implementation

Experience supporting ERP implementation projects -planning, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

Ability to lead medium to large projects , mentor junior staff, and coordinate with vendors.

Customer Service Orientation

This role is highly collaborative and customer-facing.

You need someone who can translate technical issues into business language , manage expectations, and build trust across departments.

Security & Data Integrity

Ensuring ERP system meets security standards , managing access controls, and applying patches.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent professional experience and relevant training

Experience: 7 or more years in a service or support role with 3 years or more supporting a modern ERP platform such as SAP, Oracle, or Acumatica

or Any appropriate combination of education and experience as determined by leadership

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $53.00/hr.
