Position Overview:

We are looking for a personable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. Acting as the face of our organization, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, digital fluency with customer support tools, and outstanding communication abilities. Key Responsibilities:

Problem Solving: Analyze customer issues and offer solutions or escalate cases to appropriate teams when necessary to ensure resolution.

Service Excellence: Develop a rapport with customers to understand their unique needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven customer support or public-facing experience; experience in banking, retail, or related fields is a plus.

Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM systems and automation tools.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Adaptive problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple requests effectively.

A professional and service-oriented demeanor at all times.

Requirements - Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.

Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make decisions in customer account management.

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.

Proven experience collaborating with supply chain and other departments to achieve objectives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate system analysis.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain logistics.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
