Description

We are looking for a meticulous Customer Service Representative to join our team located in a Fairfax, Virginia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily tasked with maintaining customer accounts, resolving customer queries, and processing customer applications. This role is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to get your foot on the door of a great company.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries

Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance of customer accounts

Handle mailings.

Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date

Uphold high standards of customer service at all times

Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks.

Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls.

Document all customer interactions and communications.

Perform data entry tasks related to customer service.

Requirements

Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year office experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Excellent knowledge in using MicroSoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated ability to handling mailings.

Proven customer support experience.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Can start immediately.
