Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support for the integration, maintenance, and sustainment of intelligence systems across ARNG G-2 and its strategic partners.
Conduct system installations, configuration management, and troubleshooting for Multi-Intelligence Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) platforms, including Full Motion Video (FMV) and GEOINT analytical tools.
Perform independent verification and validation (IV&V) to assess system functionality, network connectivity, and interoperability within intelligence architectures.
Work with ARNG G-2 network and service providers to deliver technical assistance, monitor network health, and resolve system-related issues affecting intelligence operations.
Lead life-cycle sustainment efforts by overseeing logistics, procurement, and maintenance of intelligence hardware and software deployed across CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Conduct field service support, assess system vulnerabilities, and implement cybersecurity measures to enhance information security and risk management for intelligence networks.
Provide technical expertise for site reconnaissance, system installations, and back-end network troubleshooting at ARNG G-2 intelligence facilities.
Develop and deliver system training, equipping personnel with the necessary skills to operate and maintain intelligence platforms effectively.
Support compliance with DoD, Army, and Theater directives, coordinating deployment requirements and sustainment operations to maintain mission readiness.
Lead the Technical & Innovation Board and Engineering & Sustainment Center and participate in the AARB.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an MI Systems Integrator/Maintainer or equivalent role.
In-depth knowledge of Multi-Intelligence Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) platforms.
Strong skills in system installations, configuration management, and troubleshooting.
Experience with Full Motion Video (FMV) and GEOINT analytical tools.
Proficiency in independent verification and validation (IV&V) processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with network and service providers.
Ability to lead life-cycle sustainment efforts and manage logistics and procurement.
Field service support experience and understanding of system vulnerabilities.
Strong cybersecurity knowledge and implementation experience.
Experience in site reconnaissance, system installations, and back-end network troubleshooting.
Ability to develop and deliver effective system training programs.
Desired:
Advanced certifications in intelligence systems or related fields.
Experience with CONUS and OCONUS deployments.
Familiarity with DoD, Army, and Theater directives and compliance requirements.
Leadership experience in technical boards and centers.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$103,800 - $218,100
