Note: The hourly rate for this position is $41 - $46 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all aspects of electrical contracting projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination

Oversee and lead project teams, including electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective execution of project tasks

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and satisfaction

Prepare and review project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle

Ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications

Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to team members

Qualifications:

Experience in large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects

Proficiency with project management software and tools

Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations Certification as a Master Electrician

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Proven track record of successfully managing electrical teams and projects

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Professional membership in relevant industry associations

High school diploma or GED Journeyman Electrician license

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction or maintenance

In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and equipment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical stamina and ability to work in various environmental conditions

3 years minimum of Hospitality experience either as an installer or lead

3 years minimum of superintendent experience Local with desire to travel for future projects

Must be able to lead a crew of 8-10 workers

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Valid electrician's license and any other relevant certifications
