You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate for the Manufacturing Planning team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the timely production of orders to meet program needs.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Planner Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring program schedules, creating and monitoring reports, and coordinating material needs with expediters and purchasing teams. Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring program schedules to assure orders are placed into production to meet needs.

Creating and monitoring reports for the program.

Coordinating material needs with expediters and purchasing teams.

Investigating inventory discrepancies and advising product management on material availability and potential production problems.

Confirming material supply and demand, and coordinating interdepartmental activities with other warehouses and MFC sites.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Microsoft office - Word and Excel

Good communication skills

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to start.

Desired Skills:

Time management skills, Organized, Understands process flows, Experience with SAP and Apriso, Forward thinker, multitask skills

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
