We are looking for Stamping Engineering Purchasing Ariba Lead Analyst. Who could help Stamping Engineering Department Purchasing Activities (Requisitions & Payments for: Feasibility, Design, Build, Automation, Checking Fixture, Die Supplier Work, Part Delivery, etc.)

What you'll do...

Aurora Ariba APN's, SSPN's, Emergency PN's, outsourced PN's, Launch Expense PN's, eTAA's, ICBA's

Invoice Payment Receipts (Approval, Accuracy, Payment, Record Keeping, Supplier SPOC)

Issue management with Finance

Admin Expense PN's / Admin PO Matrix

PO Matrix

Pin Closures

Audits

Filing, record retention

BOM updates

Livingston Intl, DHL inquiries/audits

Lead SE Global Requisitioner Team Meeting

Support SE Dept. Supervisors

Program Pin Maintenance

Pin/project closure dates in PFR2/Finance - (Maintain pin closure dates, Communication and reports, SPOC)

Homeline Tryout & Supplier Quality - Payment Process (hold Tryout cost)

Gatekeeper - Aurora Ariba Analyst (Tracking Matrix, Communication and reports, Payment SPOC)

Other SE Purchasing/Ariba related business

eTAA Supplier Quoting Platform (Access, Training, Maintenance, Communications, Strategy & Planning Enhancements, SPL's)

SPOC Supplier interface (Training, Problem Resolution, etc.)

SE Purchasing Mgmt Sharepoint site (update, maintain, SPL's, standard forms, etc.)

Stamping Engineering Lead Timing Analyst (STAMPS system management)

Track and update supplier timing in STAMPS for Stamping Engineering activities

Load new programs and parts for all programs and maintain during BOM updates

Organize weekly timing with China Tool Office and local tool suppliers for STAMPS updates

Lead weekly Open Issues Meeting: STAMPS, timing tracking and updates, Organize and report timing

NA SPOC at weekly Global STAMPS IT Team meeting (open issues, maintenance, enhancements)

Support Fwd Model Program Planning Manager activities

You'll have...

Bachelor's degree required Or Masters preferred

Min of 1+years of experience in Aurora Ariba system.

Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in using MS (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Excellent typing speed and highly organized

Prefer someone who thrives in a multi-task environment with the ability to prioritize

The right candidate should be eager to go above and beyond to complete a task

Ability and desire to lead and train others

Automotive Manufacturing and Launch knowledge preferred
