As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility. You will interact with employees and visitors, delivering outstanding customer service while monitoring assigned areas for any unusual activity. This role requires you to meet Allied Universal's driving requirements, as you may be responsible for patrolling the premises using a vehicle. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while on patrol.
Complete required reports and logs related to patrols, incidents, and security-related activities in a timely manner.
Follow all Allied Universal and client site protocols while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential issues.

Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
