What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to established protocols.
Interact with employees, visitors, and contractors in a courteous manner, offering assistance and information as needed.
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
Support the implementation of security-related protocols specific to a technology and media environment.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
