Office Assistant

Description ? Report office status to senior management and work with them to improve office operations and procedures

? Manage office supply inventory and order new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required

? Maintain accurate office-related documentation

? Process invoices and make sure all vendor invoices are paid on time

? Provide overall administrative assistance to executives

? Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage any scheduling conflicts

? Assist in onboarding, manage employee records and support HR-related activities

? Coordinate travel arrangements for employees

? Organize and manage weekly office catering and happy hour events

? Coordinate with building management and external vendors for maintenance and repairs

? Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of office services (e.g., catering, Bevi, plant service, etc)

? Supervise and support the office assistant: provide leadership, guidance, and training to ensure team members perform their duties effectively
