We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI/ML Data Scientist to lead the end-to-end development of advanced AI and machine learning models, with a specialized focus on Generative AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver scalable, ethical, and production-ready AI solutions.
Your role
Design, develop, and fine-tune generative AI models including LLMs, transformers, and diffusion models.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model performance and @contextual relevance.
Conduct cutting-edge research in generative AI, staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field.
Develop data pipelines for continuous model improvement and monitoring.
Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments using MLOps best practices.
Optimize models for latency, scalability, and cost-efficiency in real-world applications.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
5 years of experience in applied machine learning, with at least 2 years in generative AI.
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
Strong understanding of LLM architectures, training techniques, and evaluation metrics.
Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) and RAG implementations.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with multimodal generative models (e.g., text-to-image, speech-to-text).
Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research.
Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases).
Experience in deploying models in enterprise environments.
