The purpose of this internship is to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra. You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!
We are a Customer Delight team for the Zebra software solution. We support the Zebra's Work Cloud Software, WST. We leverage our domain and product expertise to deliver solutions that address customer problems.

Responsibilities:
Exploring integration opportunities for process automation
Identify AI opportunities to simplify customer worklfow
Improve monitoring capabilities using AI technologies
Automate the complex problem management tasks using AI integrations
Build AI agents for complex workflow and try to minimize the errors
Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
Increase technology knowledge and skills
Develop team-based work proficiencies
Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities
THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP LOCATED IN KENNESAW, GA. THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Computer Engineering, IT or Business Analytics
Must have an anticipated graduation date between December 2026-2029 for undergraduate students or 2026-2028 for graduate students
Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
Programming Languages: Experience with languages like Java, C++, Python
Data Structures and Algorithms
Basic Knowledge of database systems and SQL
Knowledge of software applications and technical processes within specialized disciplines, like cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and mobile technologies
Business Analytics Skills,
Version Control: Familiarity with Git for code management.
Familiarity with GCP cloud platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
Ability to collaborate as part of a team
Effective verbal and written communication skills

Salary: USD 24.00 - USD 40.00 Hourly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
