CTG is seeking to fill a Marketing Operations Professional opening for our client in Texas.

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Duties:

Drive marketing innovation by collaborating with clients to translate marketing objectives into actionable digital initiatives.

Guide campaign journey design, including criteria selection, channel mix, proposition, and reporting strategy.

Provide expert recommendations for marketing automation execution to ensure alignment with brand and organizational goals.

Partner with Client Service Delivery teams to ensure adherence to Direct Marketing methodologies.

Establish and maintain rigorous quality and control procedures for marketing operations.

Lead wrap-up analysis reporting and utilize campaign analytics to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.

Drive continuous improvement and optimization programs across marketing operations.

Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and provide thought leadership on adoption strategies.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of marketing operations, automation tools, and campaign management methodologies.

Expertise in campaign journey design, data-driven targeting, and channel strategy.

Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and applying insights to optimize future initiatives.

Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with emerging digital marketing technologies and innovation trends.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or campaign management.

Demonstrated success in leading marketing automation and process innovation initiatives.

Hands-on experience with campaign analytics, reporting, and optimization.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $35.00 to $97.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
