Description

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Administrative Assistant for one of our Pauma Valley-based clients. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a professional office setting, can handle multiple priorities, and supports daily operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and directing calls.

Provide general administrative support to multiple departments.

Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.

Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.

Track and order office supplies, ensuring availability for staff.

Prepare expense reports and assist with invoice processing.

Support special projects and provide ad hoc administrative support as required.

Maintain confidentiality with sensitive business and employee information.

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

1-3 years of administrative or office support experience.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
