Description

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in Oceanside, California. In this Contract position, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for guests while ensuring smooth office operations. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong administrative skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors warmly and provide initial assistance as needed.

Schedule both in-person and telehealth appointments efficiently.

Input and maintain accurate patient information in the database.

Handle inbound telephone calls and direct them appropriately.

Assist with general administrative tasks to support office operations.

Ensure a detail-oriented and courteous interaction with clients and staff.

Manage appointment reminders and confirmations.

Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and organized.

Coordinate with other departments for seamless scheduling and communication.

Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience.

Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with handling inbound calls professionally.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience in administrative assistance within an office setting.
