Job Title: Warehouse Specialist I

Location: Irvine, CA

Shifts and Pay:

1st shift - $21.00/hr - 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday

2nd shift - $23.00/hr - 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday-Friday

Our client in Irvine, CA is seeking a Warehouse Specialist I to support operations in a fast-paced medical device environment. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience and a keen interest in continuous learning.

What's the Job?

Receive, inspect, and stock supplies, raw materials, and components

Assemble kits for manufacturing and fulfill orders for finished goods

Prepare shipments for sterilization and track outbound/inbound loads

Perform cycle counts and inventory accuracy tasks

Maintain cleanliness and follow quality system procedures

Support mobile microscope systems (training, troubleshooting, repairs)

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED

1-2 years of warehouse experience (biomedical preferred)

Ability to follow written procedures and work independently

Strong verbal and interpersonal skills

Mechanical aptitude and organizational skills

Computer skills in MS Word and Excel

Experience with MRP or WMS systems (preferred)

Receiving and inspection, kitting, inventory putaway, order fulfillment, shipment preparation, sterilization paperwork, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, return processing, shipment tracking, workspace cleanliness, adherence to quality systems, 6S fundamentals, GDP documentation, continuous improvement mindset, mechanical aptitude, organizational skills, verbal communication, interpersonal skills, independent work, teamwork, MRP/WMS usage, MS Word and Excel proficiency, training and troubleshooting (microscope systems)
