Solderer Assembler- $21-$24hr

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solderer Assembler to join our team and contribute to the assembly of complex electromechanical subassemblies. This role requires expertise in soldering wires, cables, connectors, and components, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

Solder wires, cables, connectors, or components with precision and care.

Perform the assembly of complex subassemblies to meet production requirements.

Complete all paperwork associated with assembly orders accurately and timely.

Follow all company operating procedures and quality standards diligently.

Trim, clip, and tin wires and leads to prepare them for assembly.

Adhere plastic components and pot/seal completed work to ensure durability.

Properly label finished products for identification and tracking.

Essential Skills

3-5 years of experience in moderate to complex electromechanical assembly.

3-5 years of experience in thru-hole soldering of SMT components.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.

Proficiency in soldering, PCB assembly, surface-mount technology, and electronic assembly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

IPC 610 certification is a significant advantage.

Knowledge of ITAR regulations is required.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing environment that is very clean and organized. The role is for the first shift, with working hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Steel-toed boots are necessary for safety compliance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Forest, California

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
