We are looking to bolster our inside team. The Inside Sales Development Specialist position will be part of a great team and work with internal and external customers across the US and Canada.

Your contribution

As an Inside Sales Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the success of our business. This hybrid role encompasses E-commerce sales and prospecting for new leads. You will be responsible for the sales and support of our online E-Commerce store (50% of the time), enabling us to get closer to our customers and offer the best customer experience possible. Additionally, you will utilize Business to Business (B2B) data and intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect, and engage with potential customers (50% of the time).

You will love this job if you are energetic and enjoy working with people. The position reaches all aspects of the Solutions business. You must be comfortable working with and communicating with our internal and external customers.

Close sales and key customer orders through our online store

Upselling and add-on selling to match customer needs

Customer success - post sales follow-up

Outbound calling from provided lists and lists you create

Work with a salary and quota-based commission plan

Interact with the other Teledyne FLIR departments and businesses

This position is in our Hudson, NH office

To be ready to take on this role, we would love it if you have.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Entry-level sales or customer service experience preferred

Problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness

Microsoft Office and SAP experience a plus

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Fluent in English, both verbal and written

A can-do attitude
