Customer Service Representative

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative team supporting service operations. This role is essential in ensuring customer orders, service requests, and product troubleshooting are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls (10-30 daily) and emails from internal partners.

Create and manage service requests for repairs, preventive maintenance, installations, and non-repair issues.

Dispatch service orders to field staff within designated timeframes.

Support hotline operations and follow up on customer inquiries.

Perform data entry for spare part orders, delivery complaints, and inventory movements.

Coordinate hardware installations and update equipment records.

Maintain daily SharePoint requests and generate reports in SAP.

Assist with scheduling, logistics, and administrative projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technical Assistance, Finance, Marketing, and IT.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting.

1+ year of data entry experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).

Strong phone communication skills.

Basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

College degree.

Experience with SAP and Lotus Notes.

Experience in logistics or inventory management.

Work Environment:

Business casual corporate setting.

Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite (Tue-Thu), remote on Mon & Fri.

Training may require additional in-office time.

Not a call center - this is a professional corporate office.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
