Hendrik Manufacting in Salem is seeking a highly motivated and
experienced Service Manager to oversee service operations at Hendrick
Manufacturing Corporation. We are a leading provider of high-quality CNC
routers and panel saws for the woodworking, plastic and non-ferrous
metal industries. Our cutting-edge technology and commitment to
precision have made us a trusted name in the machinery field. The
Service Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the team of
service technicians to ensure the effective maintenance and repair of
machinery, delivering top-quality service, and maintaining strong
customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership
skills, technical expertise, and a passion for driving operational
excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the service
department, including scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation.
Lead and mentor a team of service technicians to achieve performance
goals and professional development. Ensure timely and efficient
completion of service requests and maintenance schedules. Develop and
implement service policies, procedures, and best practices. Maintain
high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing service concerns
promptly and professionally. Monitor and manage service department KPIs,
including response times, service quality, and customer feedback.
Prepare and manage the service department budget, including cost control
and profitability targets. Collaborate with sales and operations teams
to support customer needs, promote service offerings, and identify
opportunities to improve machinery performance and uptime. Constantly
searching for new 3rd party technicians in locations where the company
may be deficient. Maintain accurate service records and documentation
and require the same of your team. Qualifications: Bachelors degree 5+
years of experience in service management or a similar role. Proven
leadership and team management skills. \$65,000.00 - \$80,000.00 per
year, depending on experience Hendrick is the foremost innovator in
