Project Manager (Residential Construction)

Our client, an innovator in residential construction solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$60.00 - $65.00/hour

What's the Job?

Coordinate all activities from contract award to on-site installation of panelized residential construction systems

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including architects, customers, and subcontractors

Manage RFIs, Change Orders, and project documentation

Oversee scheduling for panel production and delivery

Ensure compliance with permitting and certification requirements

What's Needed?

Proven experience managing residential construction or prefabrication projects

Ability to effectively coordinate across multiple departments and external partners

Strong understanding of permitting, scheduling, and change order processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
