Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill Marketing Manager positions located in SAN FRANCISCO, CA (Hybrid)

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: SAN FRANCISCO, CA (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Rate:- $80-$90 /hour

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, user research, and go-to-market strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Research teams to drive user engagement, brand positioning, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage medium to large-scale marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Conduct user and market research to generate insights that inform product and marketing strategies.

Define and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features.

Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and content aligned with brand voice.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, PR, Legal, and Policy.

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) by fostering inclusive team culture and decision-making.

Act as a subject matter expert on marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech or digital products.

Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand management, and product marketing.

Proficiency in campaign management, data analysis, and storytelling.

Experience with social media platforms, Sprinklr, and community management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Pay Details: $80.00 to $90.00 per hour
