Job Description

This role is responsible for managing projects and supporting the administration and development of our sales enablement platform (Seismic) across multiple tenants and several business lines. This could include management of projects to utilize/roll out new features and functionality, user management and onboarding, library and page management/maintenance. This role will help field questions/requests about the platform and support ongoing training and communication needs. Driven by process/operational efficiency, this role is critical to support the successful rollout and adoption of new features and functionality within Seismic, often working with cross-functional teams across a highly matrixed organization. Organizational skills and attention to detail are imperative to ensure projects stay on time, on target, and on budget. Well-developed written and oral communication skills to speak to a variety of leadership levels across the organization. Collaborates with internal and external partners as needed to ensure accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures..

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Four to six years of experience in marketing industry

Preferred Skills/Experience

Experience with Seismic, or another Sales Enablement platform

Excellent computer skills using a variety of software packages

Experience in a highly regulated industry

Able to adapt based on data/research and learnings from prior projects

Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills

Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00
