Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant 3 to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant 3, you will be part of the Office Support team supporting the Mountain View SVC office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant 3

Location: Mountain View, CA(ONSITE)

Pay Range: $25.13 - $30.37

What's the Job?

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the PowerPoint and Create teams within the Office Product Group.

Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution of team activities and high-demand office events.

Manage equipment procurement, onboarding/offboarding processes, and space logistics.

Support calendar management, meeting scheduling, and logistics for team members and leadership.

Handle miscellaneous ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting administrative functions in a professional environment.

Minimum 3 years experience with event planning.

Minimum 3 years experience with organizational skills (admin support, multitasking, dealing with ambiguity, ability to present to an executive presence).

Minimum 3 years experience with Microsoft Office tools.

Ability to work onsite 4-5 days a week, primarily Monday through Thursday.
