Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm

What's a typical day as an Accounts Payable Clerk? You'll be:
Invoice Processing - Accurately process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding in alignment with company procedures.
Expense Report Management - Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Vendor Support - Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
System Utilization - Work within the Accounts Payable system efficiently and build proficiency in available tools such as Excel reports and queries.
Data Handling & Reporting - Analyze data sets and assist in developing reporting tools to support financial insights.
Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to enhance current processes and share recommendations with management.
3 Major areas of responsibility
Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner.
Managing vendor relationships and resolving disputes.
Expense report review and ensure compliance to Corporate Policy.
Work experience/education qualifications:
Two years + Experience in Accounts Payable or related financial field
Associates degree in Accounting or Finance
Proficient in Accounting Software
Technical knowledge and skills required:
Advanced Excel Proficiency: Data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, etc. to support analytical tasks.
Strong attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision in data analysis
Analytical and Problem solving abilities: Critical thinking and structured approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Collaborative Team Player: Works well within both Accounting and Cross-functional teams
Clear and Effective communications: Capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences to ensure alignment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power tools: PowerBI for data visualization, Power Query
