Base Salary:

Annual Salary $32,000

Monthly Commission Schedule

Monthly and Quarterly Bonus Opportunity

Salary Range: $32,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

Fully licensed in Property, Casualty and Life

Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and follow-up effectively.

Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Driven and goal-oriented individual.

Proficient in using software and computer systems.

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Provide excellent customer experiences to clients.

Process client quote requests in a timely manner.

Respond to all inquiries and sales requests in a timely manner.

Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, cross-selling and lead databases.

Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
