Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior-level executives in Spokane, Washington. This is a long-term contract position that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately scheduled.

Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Arrange logistics for executive meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting materials.

Handle incoming phone messages and ensure timely responses to inquiries.

Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal teams.

Prepare and manage confidential correspondence and reports.

Organize and maintain files and documents for easy access and retrieval.

Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

Assist with special projects and assignments as needed. Requirements - Must have at least 3+ years as an Executive Assistant in a large organization - Proficiency in managing calendars and scheduling appointments. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements with attention to detail. - Familiarity with preparing agendas and managing meeting logistics. - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software - Proficiency in office software and tools, including email and document management systems.
