You Are
We are looking for a senior AI UX/UI designer who thrives at the intersection of design, technology, and human impact. You are passionate about shaping intuitive, elegant, and meaningful user experiences for AI-powered products that deliver real value to people. You balance creativity with a strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and human-AI interaction principles.
You bring at least 10 years of hands-on experience designing modern digital products, with mastery in crafting user interfaces, design systems, and workflows that bridge complex AI technologies with clear, human-centered experiences. You are equally effective working independently in ambiguous problem spaces as you are collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring ideas to life.
You excel as an lead with proven experience designing products from conception to launch. You are adept at translating innovative AI concepts into tangible designs that users trust, enjoy, and adopt with ease.
The Work
As a Staff AI UX Designer at Accenture, you will:
Independently drive end-to-end UX design for Agentic AI platforms in B2B environments, shaping intuitive, future-forward interactions that redefine enterprise workflows
Translate complex requirements into elegant solutions, balancing advanced AI capabilities with human-centered design principles
Lead design execution at a staff level, setting direction for experiences that scale across web and mobile platforms
Apply entrepreneurial and founder-level expertise to approach design with ownership, speed, and zero-to-one thinking
Proto@type and validate rapidly, moving from concept to implementation with clarity and precision
Innovate at scale, applying a forward-thinking mindset backed by patent level creativity and proven design leadership to deliver meaningful business outcomes
Travel may be required for this role. ?The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
This role requires working onsite at our Generative AI Center of Excellence located in Mountain View, CA.
Here's what you need
Minimum of 10 years of UX design excellence, spanning enterprise and startup environments
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading design teams and collaborate with product management and business partners
Minimum of 1 year of Agentic AI platform design expertise, with demonstrated ability to design complex B2B workflows powered by AI
Minimum of 5 years of entrepreneurial or founder level experience, reflecting ownership of building products from the ground up
Minimum of 5 years of experience with the latest AI technologies, including RAG, LLMs, and the ability to design world-class user interfaces that maximize UX impact
Professional Requirements
Ability to be in office 3 days/week in Mountain View
Proven record of innovation, including patents or equivalent recognition of inventive contributions
Ability to thrive independently in ambiguity, with strong systems thinking and pragmatic execution
Bonus points if you have
Experience within top tier consulting environments, applying design thinking to client facing challenges
Background in scaling design systems across multi-product platforms
Familiarity with enterprise grade data, AI infrastructure, and compliance standards
Strong communication skills for articulating design rationale to executives and cross-disciplinary stakeholders
Started a company before.
Enjoy attending hackathons.
Worked at an early-stage (Series A or earlier) startup previously.
An eye for visual design (or experience in product design, Figma, etc).
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
