For more information, visit: www.gpinet.comResponsibilities: Coordinate with utility companies, internal design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive utility relocation and utility protection plans. Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and utility relocation designs to ensure compliance with project goals and regulatory standards. Identify and resolve conflicts between existing/proposed utility infrastructure and transportation design elements. Coordinate with outside vendors to perform utility test pits. Review working drawings and RFI's to facilitate utility relocations during construction. Prepare and maintain thorough documentation, including technical reports, relocation schedules, meeting minutes, and correspondence. Ensure utility coordination aligns with NJDOT, NJTA, and other relevant agency standards, regulations, and best practices. Provide technical support on utility design, permitting, coordination, and relocation strategies throughout all project phases. Lead and participate in meetings with utility providers, regulatory agencies, and contractors to address utility-related challenges. Track project progress, ensuring utility components are completed on time and within budget. Monitor industry trends, technological advances, and regulatory changes impacting utility engineering and transportation infrastructure.Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in E
