Senior Oracle Database Developer - Workday Migration Project -Richmond, VA - Kennesaw, GA - Chicago, IL - Plano, TX - W2 Only

\Candidate must be able to go onsite to one of the clients locations from day 1

*Candidate must be able to work on the clients W2 without a vender, employer or sponsorship***

Job Type: Full-Time -Hybrid - 3 days onsite

About Us: We are a leading organization operating in a highly regulated environment, committed to excellence and innovation. We are seeking a skilled Oracle Database Developer to join our dynamic team and lead the migration from Fieldglass to Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate on the migration of data from Fieldglass to Workday,

ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Develop, implement, and optimize PL/SQL code to support database

applications.

Design and maintain complex data models to support business needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and

translate them into technical specifications.

Ensure robust data security and privacy measures are in place.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project

alignment and success.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a

related field.

5+ years experience as an Oracle Database Developer, with a focus

onPL/SQLandData Modeling.

Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles,

and practices.

Experience with data migration projects, particularly from

Fieldglass to Workday, is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills,with the ability to lead

initiatives and engage in technical discussions.

Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and ensure

compliance with all relevant regulations. Experience in the Banking/Finance/other Highly Regulated industries is a huge plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Workday integration and configuration.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the industry.

Project management experience.
