North Idaho College is seeking a skilledSenior Administrative Assistantto support our Human Resources team on our beautiful lakeside campus. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of HR and serves as a key point of contact for employees, supervisors, and external partners.

In this role, youll be at the heart of HR operations, making sure every process runs smoothly from onboarding new part-time employees to maintaining accurate records that keep us in compliance. Your attention to detail will ensure that employee data is precise and up to date across multiple systems, while your organizational skills will keep critical HR programs running smoothly, from staff development to compliance. Youll also play a key part in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for new hires, supporting staff with finding information, and ensuring that employees have the resources they need throughout their time at the college. Every task you take on contributes directly to a positive workplace culture and the success of our employees.

Were looking for a candidate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems. The ability to adapt quickly to new software, solve problems independently, and build positive working relationships will make you successful in this role.

Minimum Qualifications\ **Associates degree or Applied Associates degree or certification from a two-year college or professional/technical school or program and a minimum of three years full-time equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Site Location:Coeur d\' Alene Campus\ Work Schedule:**Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00, Fri 7:30-2:30
