What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology and media environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism throughout all interactions.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or suspicious behavior, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and client policies.
Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.
Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding any incidents or security-related issues encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:
Active Department of Defense Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance required.
Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
