As a Security Officer Aero Defense Patrol in El Segundo, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As a Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment within a leading aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, providing a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. This position is primarily focused on driving, so you will spend much of your shift operating a vehicle throughout the premises, responding to calls, and observing for unusual activity. Mon10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Tue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Wed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

This position is primarily a driving post, so applicants must be comfortable with and able to perform driving-related duties as a core function of the role.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
