ACS System Associates is an HVAC/Mechanical Construction Company that engages in both government and private project work throughout the Greater New York area including Westchester, New York City and Long Island. We are primarily involved in Government projects. Key Duties & Responsibilities: General clerical duties including scanning, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system Retrieve documents from the filing system Handle requests for information and data Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails Position Requirements: Problem assessment and problem-solving Information gathering and information monitoring Attention to detail and accuracy Customer service orientation Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office Professional and ethical team players Qualifications: Proficiency with all relevant software (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record-keeping Excellent written and verbal communication skill Why ACS: At ACS, we know work isnt only about who you work for; its also about what you do and how you do it.
