As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting a secure environment at a financial institution location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing excellent customer service to employees and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will be required to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. You will be expected to communicate clearly and respond promptly to any security-related concerns or incidents, always reflecting Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and innovation. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior or activity, ensuring all relevant information is documented and communicated in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
Assist employees, visitors, and clients with access control, directions, and general inquiries to support a welcoming atmosphere.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as needed during incidents or critical events at the location.
Remain alert to environmental and operational conditions that may impact security-related operations within the financial institution.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located for driving positions only.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
