As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting the security-related needs of a prominent financial institution. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with employees, visitors, and clients, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the financial institution location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a visible presence.
Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment for employees and visitors.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
Must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
