You'll make an impact if you:
Partner with the Home Merchant teams to drive business results and define the strategic initiatives in these exciting businesses
Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
Develop, communicate, build support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyze costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans
Determine and support resource requirements
Evaluate operational processes; measure outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities
Promote a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruit, select, and develop talent; support mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leverage the capabilities of new and existing talent.
Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engage key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives
You'll sweep us off our feet if you:
Drive value through contributing to creation of the financial plans for the current and future fiscal years; partnering with Central Finance and Merchant teams to assess overall goals and time lines for completion; establish and communicate financial information; provide clear vision and financial forecast intel to Central Finance team; identify and report risk levels determined for the overall financial plan
Provide actionable insights regarding financial plans to senior executives; facilitate consensus about financial decisions across departments in the business unit; develop, review, and approve financial information about business plans.
Define process and decisioning that goes into profit and loss (P&L) forecasting; review P&L forecasts to ensure they reflect current economic and business trends; collaborate with finance leaders on the development of financial forecasts; expanding forecast view into future months to help executives manage yearly financial goals; performing and directing complex analyses to identify and solve opportunities with forecasts; and providing key insights to senior executives about business forecasts and financial goals.
Engage with leaders in various parts of the business to ideate ways to grow our business; develop business cases to define the value proposition of business ideas; and work cross-functionally to bring the business strategy to life through execution and delivery of financial results.
Direct and perform complex business analyses to drive financial performance by identifying new opportunities and cross-business linkages through business intelligence and market analysis.
Improve business processes by developing and implementing new financial models and reporting standards for recurring analysis projects
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area
4+ years' experience in Analytics, Planning, Business Management, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area
2 years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
2 years of people leadership experience
2 years of senior leadership decision support and influencing experience
Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
