Position Summary...
As the Director of Food Manufacturing, Food Safety Science and Compliance, you will be responsible for the strategic development, support, cross functional collaboration, implementation and/or maintenance of the food safety and compliance strategy, program requirements and governance, and/or operational support of the Food Manufacturing Business.

Develop, implement, drive, and/or SUPPORT strategy for the Food Manufacturing, food safety and compliance business programs, controls, and/or required remediation activities.
Ensure cross functional collaboration, integration, and/or support of Walmart's Food Manufacturing business and stakeholders.
Support the strategic development, design, implementation, integration, and/or ongoing improvement of the food safety and compliance Food Manufacturing programs, such as but not limited to, Recall Program, Sanitation Program, Pathogen Testing Program, Customer Complaint Resolution Program, HACCP Program, etc.
Continually review and assess food manufacturing procedures to ensure all operations are in compliance with established practices and procedures. Immediately bring any nonconformances to the attention of the appropriate individuals, and support and/or monitor effective corrective action implementation.
Engage and provide strategic food safety and compliance support to ensure business and regulatory needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current programs, and initiatives.
Support the strategy, development, and maintenance of Walmart's Food Safety standards and compliance procedures by providing input into and directing the development of related programs within the overall governance platform; driving the execution and auditing of these programs across the Food Manufacturing organization; and proactively mitigating any risks associated with Walmart within this area of expertise?.
Provide global strategy, leadership, and/or support in each of the company's operating business units/markets, ensuring the development and implementation of the food safety program consistent with Walmart's Global Compliance & Ethics objectives.
Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices, developing and/or supporting the development consequences for violations or non-compliance.
Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships to maximize the achievement of business goals, including an effective food safety and compliance program.
Maintain and promote the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance, and model our Walmart values to support and foster our culture.
What you'll bring...
10+ years of experience in Food Safety and/or Food Compliance-related leadership roles, ideally within large, multinational corporations?.
Experience in food manufacturing and/or successfully supporting food manufacturing operations.
Strong ability to achieve successful outcomes through cross functional collaboration.
Experience in food manufacturing businesses and/or organizations.
Experience building, designing, and implementing harmonized programs across multi-disciplinary businesses, each with unique physical and digital assets.?
Solid record of delivering operational efficiencies to a global risk and/or compliance program using data and predictive analytics.
You are a strategic, influential, and progressive food safety leader with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions in a highly complex, rapidly evolving environment.
You are someone who builds trust and credibility and inspires associates across the business.
You are action-oriented, resourceful, and approachable while also having the ability to influence and lead change, based on your deep scientific knowledge and network.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 5 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 7 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 3 years' supervisory experience. 4 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
