Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Associate RF Electrical Engineer to join our growing team!

What You'll Be Doing:

Analyzing and Reverse Engineering adversarial (threat) RF and Radar Systems and Subsystems to understand operation, capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities to give our warfighters a strategic edge on the battlefield.

Work alongside a team of experienced SMEs and technicians in sensors, aerodynamics, guidance, navigation, controls, warheads, RF communications, and command and control in order to provide system level analysis.

Optimizing RF designs for performance, including minimizing noise, maximizing efficiency, and improving signal integrity.

Conducting field tests to evaluate the performance of RF systems in real-world conditions.

Apply lab testing, theoretical knowledge, and technical experience to produce All-Source assessments of weapon systems.

Staying up to date with the latest advancements in RF technology and incorporating new techniques and tools into your work.

Solving antenna design and analysis problems using simulation tools like FEKO to ensure optimal performance and integration into RF systems.

Working closely with the customer to understand and deliver quality products that accomplish the mission.

Communicating technical understanding through presentations and sourced technical documentation.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

Must be a US citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Strong theoretical understanding of Electromagnetics, Analog, and Digital Signal Processing

C++, Python, and/or Matlab

Organized and self-motivated

Able to work in a team environment

Desired Skills:

Active Secret Clearance; TS/SCI Preferred

Security Clearance Requirement:

A security clearance is not required to apply; however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance which requires U.S. citizenship, prior to the start date.

Salary Range: $62,300.00 - $109,000.00
