Salary Range: $33.00/hour to $43.00/hour

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing coordination and administrative support to CEI's team of Talent Acquisition Partners and leaders. The TA Coordinator should be organized, able to support multiple tasks with competing priorities, and a problem solver. We are looking for a TA Coordinator that will deliver a world-class candidate experience while also providing extraordinary support to client groups! This position must be based out of our Headquarters office located in San Jose, CA.
Support and coordinate all stages of the full-cycle talent acquisition process by coordinating scheduling and logistics with the company stakeholders and candidate providing world-class support
Own and support preparing reports leveraging talent related data thus helping drive the talent acquisition strategy
Administer and serve as a liaison with our third-party background screening agency helping to ensure compliance with the FCRA, and escalating any issues through our background check adjudication policy
Work cross-functionally with departments such as HR, IT, etc. to drive positive initiatives that impact the onboarding and candidate experience
Provide administrative support to Talent team leadership as needed
Skill: Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
Job Complexity: Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making.
Supervision: Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under close supervision.
ABOUT YOU
Four years of experience in a customer/client facing role
Knowledge of at least one ATS system, Jobvite preferred but not required
Entry-level to mid-level understanding of hiring practices, EEO, and FCRA to help mitigate risk
Superior communication skills
Ability to support leaders at different levels and in different organizational functions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Licensure/Certifications: None required.
Experience: Four years of experience in a human resource, administrative related role required.
