The Law Office of Katrina Luedtke LLC is looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team. We are a boutique firm that focuses primarily on custody, divorce, estate planning, and related family law matters, and we pride ourselves on providing our clients with knowledgeable, empathetic, and results-driven representation. What You'll Do: Welcome guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone, and by answering or directing inquiries Assist and support attorneys and paralegals with their work as needed Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel in a professional and courteous manner Open, close, and manage case files and calendars for attorneys and paralegals Assist with client intake and case management Maintain confidentiality and provide outstanding client service What We're Looking For: Prior experience in a legal office preferred but not required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail Why Work With Us?
